Esat is a great guy, I arranged to travel from Belfast to Manchester last Oct by plane to look at the Mustang. Esat picked me and a friend up at the airport and took us to his business which was deeply appreciated as it seemed to be a 40 minute drive. We viewed the car and were happy with the way it was described. Esat had a full service and fresh MOT on it for our arrival to drive it back home. Definitely a trustworthy guy to deal with by all accounts.I whatsapped him many times and nothing was a bother to get the car to the spec I wanted. Purchased a 60 plate Yaris last week for my wife, and what can I say apart from being thoroughly impressed. The chap was meticulous, went through the full service history, straight up told us of any advisories as it just got through MOT the day before, told her of the slight scuff marks and slight wear and tear you would get given the age of the motor but again nothing that raised any alarms, he took her for a test drive to make sure she was happy and always ensured she was satisfied, he p/ex’d her old car and was attentive and all round a great guy. I’m normally dubious of buying via social media as been stung in the past and that’s Why I held of from placing a review earlier, but fullhand cars has changed my view and restored my confidence. I am more than happy by the purchase made, the price was more than fair and I would fully endorse and recommend Fullhand cars to friends and family with complete confidence. Gets full marks from me.
